Thanks for the request. I actually get a lot of my new information (old stuff is over 20 years and I can't give a clue where I first got it) from PaganSpace herb lore group(s). I love it here though and hope to continue the discussion.

I also have chronic pain and have planted a pain garden. It wouldn't work for you though, as migraines are a different animal from what I deal with.
